{"id":2620,"date":"2021-12-15T10:02:21","date_gmt":"2021-12-15T10:02:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/klik2learn.com\/?post_type=knowledgebase&#038;p=2620"},"modified":"2023-03-07T22:45:36","modified_gmt":"2023-03-07T22:45:36","slug":"weekly-snapshot-report","status":"publish","type":"knowledgebase","link":"https:\/\/klik2learn.com\/knowledge-base\/reports\/weekly-snapshot-report\/","title":{"rendered":"Reports &#8211; for students and organisations"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>What reports can I find on the Digital Learning Hub?<\/h1>\n<h4>In the Report section on the left-hand side there are three sets of reports:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Your Report<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Organisation Data<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Snapshot Reports<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Keep students motivated with &#8216;Your Report&#8217;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In the &#8216;Your Report&#8217; section there are Student Reports available for students and organisations to view students&#8217; progress so far.<\/p>\n<p>Progress is presented in doughnut charts for Journey 2 English and Journey 2 Basic Skills to keep students motivated and so that they feel a sense of progress.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, for Journey 2 Basic Skills, the reports can be broken down by CEFR level (A0, A1 and A2) to help beginners feel rewarded for their efforts.<\/p>\n<p>This gives organisations visibility to celebrate successes, support and intervene if necessary.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Gain oversight with &#8216;Organisation Data&#8217; report<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The &#8216;Organisation Data&#8217; report allows organisations to see how student&#8217; activity and progress at a glance.<\/p>\n<p>Track:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How many students have logged in and their activity<\/li>\n<li>Students&#8217; progress in % terms for each course and test individually, including the New User sign-up and English Skills tests<\/li>\n<li>How much time each student has spent on each course<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Create and download snapshot reports<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The snapshot report provides an overview of student progress for Journey 2 English and Journey 2 Basic Skills, along with full progress reports that can be downloaded, latest user activity and results of tests taken.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The report can be viewed for the entire organisation, or it can be <strong>filtered<\/strong> by groups within the organisation.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Tutors and moderators will receive <strong>weekly<\/strong> emails on a Friday from <strong>noreply@klik2learn.com<\/strong> to communicate that the weekly report has been generated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Journey 2 English and Journey 2 Basic Skills course overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This will graphically show students&#8217; progress by week\/month\/overall, enabling tutors and moderators to compare students&#8217; progress against the period before.<\/li>\n<li>It shows students&#8217; progress in terms of time spent on the course and completion time:\n<ul>\n<li>Learning time (the spent on the course so far)<\/li>\n<li>Not yet started.<\/li>\n<li>Completed less than 50%, or more than 49%.<\/li>\n<li>100% completed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Tutors and moderators will find this information for both courses, presented side by side, as shown below:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2622 \" src=\"https:\/\/klik2learn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Weekly-Report-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"685\" height=\"346\" srcset=\"https:\/\/klik2learn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Weekly-Report-1.png 1300w, https:\/\/klik2learn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Weekly-Report-1-300x151.png 300w, https:\/\/klik2learn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Weekly-Report-1-1024x517.png 1024w, https:\/\/klik2learn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Weekly-Report-1-768x388.png 768w, https:\/\/klik2learn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Weekly-Report-1-944x476.png 944w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 685px) 100vw, 685px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>How to create a report\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>There are two drop-down options to change what is shown. The first one is for selecting which week to view and the second one is for filtering students by group.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s also a button to switch between Weekly and Monthly reports.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This can be downloaded by clicking on the download icon highlighted above, the report will download as an excel file on your laptop\/computer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>English skills Test results:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This will show a list of the students who have completed the New User sign-up, the Short or Full English Skills Test.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>User Activity:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Tutors and moderators will be able to view the latest student activity, detailing users who have most recently been added to the organisation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What reports can I find on the Digital Learning Hub?
