Every user that completes our online learning course, Journey 2 English, receives an online certificate. When Klik2learn processes your certificate, it sends your data to our partner City & Guilds who is the awarding body for Journey 2 English.

Klik2learn securely stores your data in our secure database.

Klik2learn will keep your user date for the duration of your licence or subscription. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing it from our database.

Contacting us via Social Media

Klik2learn uses a third-party provider, Hootsuite, to manage our social-media interactions. If you send us a private or direct message via social media, it will be stored by Hootsuite for three months. It will not be shared with any other organisations.

We see all this information and decide how we manage it. For example, if you send a message via social media that needs a response from us, we may process it in our case management system as an enquiry or a complaint.
