Want to remove or delete an inactive user so you can give the licence to another learner? Follow the instructions below to remove a user from your Organisations account.
How to de-activate a user:
- Visit ‘add/edit’ users
- Click on the edit icon
- Change the user status from ‘Active’ to ‘De-active’
This will deactivate the user, they will now appear under, ‘view deactivated users’:
