How do I pay for licenses?

Learn how to order licenses for your organisation and make payment.

1. You can order licenses by requesting a quote here.
2. Confirm the number of licenses with your purchasing department and make an order.
3. Klik2learn will issue and send you an invoice by email for an annual payment.
4. Licences start date is one month after invoice issued from Klik2learn.
5. If payment is not made within 30 days, accounts will be suspended.
6. Licences expire after 12 months unless renewed. A notification will be sent 1 month prior to the expiry date and at weekly intervals until the expiry date.
7. During the 12 month licence period a student can transfer from the beginner course to the intermediate course on the same licence.
8. During the 12 month period you can deactivate one user that has finished the course and add one other to the licence for the remaining term.
9. Additional content (videos, games & comic strip) is added on a quarterly basis at no additional cost.
