You might want to add or remove content from an existing group based on the group’s progress.
Follow the steps below or watch the video tutorial.
- Navigate to the Groups table and locate the group you want to change.
Click the edit icon on the far right of the row.
Notice the popup menu is similar to when you created the group initially. The courses you currently have are highlighted, along with the courses that are available to you.
Click on the course you want to add. It will then be highlighted.
Click the Exit button in the top right corner of the popup to confirm.
You have now successfully added new content!
Tip: If you hit Save Changes instead of the Exit button, any previously selected courses will be removed, and the newly added course will be the only one there. If that happens, don’t panic! You can hold down the Ctrl button and select the ones you had previously. Just remember to use the Exit button to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
You can also use the Ctrl+Click to highlight and add multiple courses in one go!
